Corporate Sponsorship

What can we achieve together?

Our corporate sponsors play a vital role in supporting greyhounds and lurchers in need, but it’s not a one-sided affair. We work closely with each of our sponsors to find the common ground that will benefit both Greyhound Rescue Wales and their business, so we can both achieve success together.

If you run a business and are considering partnering with a charity, Greyhound Rescue Wales has a lot to offer. We have a strong brand that stretches throughout Wales and beyond, with a cause that resonates across a broad and diverse group of supporters. You’d be surprised how much crossover in customer appeal your business might have with a charity like ours.

We’re very lucky to have some fantastic businesses who support our work in a variety of ways:

Help My Dog…and help me too!

We’ve teamed up with Julie from Help My Dog…and help me too! to provide one-to-one online behavioural support to Greyhound Rescue Wales supporters. £20 from each session goes directly to Greyhound Rescue Wales as a donation, so you can get support with your furry friend while supporting greyhounds and lurchers in need.

Get in touch at: https://www.helpmydog.org.uk/ and mention Greyhound Rescue Wales to make the most of this amazing offer.

“Maybe you just need help with one issue such as getting your dog to come back to you when called or walking your dog without them pulling on the lead or your dog may have behavioural issues such as guarding its toys or food, reacting to dogs or people on lead, or is suffering from separation anxiety. Or maybe you have a really nervous dog that has had a bad start to life, and you want to work on building up their resilience and supporting them as they recover.

No behaviour is too small as nipping things in the bud prevents things escalating and becoming a big problem.

I offer a 1 hour zoom call to discuss the issue(s) you are having and get enough information to draw up a bespoke training plan for your dog. In the consultation I will show you some training tips/ideas and talk through how to manage various scenarios where you are struggling at the moment. After the call I will send you the plan and supporting handouts on various issues within 48 hours, so that you can go ahead and implement the training plan from there.

After 2 weeks we will meet up again with a 30-minute zoom catch up call to check progress and make any tweaks to the plan if necessary

After 4 weeks we will have another 30-minute zoom catch up call to make sure the issue has been resolved. If not, we can look at further sessions but most clients are happy at this stage to carry on with the plan themselves.

The charge for this is £85, with £20 going directly to Greyhound Recue Wales.

If the issue is not resolved after 4 weeks, or another issue arises I can offer another 1 hour zoom call at a reduced rate of £60 with £15 also going directly to Greyhound Rescue Wales.”
